Prove innocent. The CPS dropped all charges because the main witness refused to testify. They decided that without her evidence there was no chance of a conviction. Is that the same thing?

I asked before is charges dropped the same as not guilty? For some reason his ex wife wouldn’t testify so charges dropped. End result no second trial.

That was my understanding grim, it was a pre trial hearing in front of a judge who formally found him not guilty.
